Born in 1997 in Rennes and trained as an interior designer. Vital Lainé founded his design studio in 2021, in which he develops and creates furniture and objects dedicated to the living spaces. Attentive to the impact of his creations, he pays particular attention to the material, with which he tries to develop an esoteric exchange, during the design process. From the listening of the material to the production of the object, the model and the drawing, integrate his creative process and play an important role in the development of his projects. Creating objects halfway between the usual and the sculptural, his singular approach to design allows him to offer a brutalist, yet sensitive vision of each object. Industrial product, small series or unique pieces, the formal simplicity of his pieces offers an elementary functionality to his creations.
