Ligne Roset San Francisco is searching for a dynamic and driven individual that is excited about making an impact from day one! As Sales & Design Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients’ needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing monthly and annual sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, ideally in the high-end luxury furniture market and/or interior design industry. He/she will serve as a brand ambassador, has excellent communication skills, and can passionately present the Ligne Roset collection.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Apply client outreach, sales techniques, cross-selling, to develop and implement a sales strategy to reach individual and overall sales goals.
• Oversee and expand Ligne Roset’s presence through online social media and digital channels.
• Partner with clients to explore and identify all design needs within each project.
• Communicate and embody Ligne Roset’s brand message.
• Assist with showroom merchandising, inventory and layout.
• Place and follow up on customer orders; work with owner and delivery agent to troubleshoot client issues and ensure client success.
• Keep showroom accounts up-to-date on new products and offerings through a targeted outreach strategy.
• Expand your working knowledge of Ligne Roset collections to become a trusted expert through product knowledge.
• Build a strong customer fellowship through consistent delivery of the highest quality product and client service.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position: 
Outside Sales & Design Consultant

Ligne Roset is searching for an entrepreneurial, dynamic individual to own outside sales for the San Francisco territory. This role is a sales specialist and design consultant who builds collaborative relationships with clients for long term, repeat business. The right candidate will combine their passion for sales and luxury design to become a trusted resource to the client, passionately present the Ligne Roset collection, and recommend design solutions while providing the highest levels of service with integrity and professionalism.

Key duties include business development, conducting prospecting and marketing activities 40-50% of the week, with balance of work-week focused on service and project management for existing clients. Clear focus on measurable strategies, including outside marketing, social media, in-office and virtual client presentations, and other avenues to cultivate and grow relationships with trade clients covered by the showroom. He/she will serve as a brand ambassador in the community.

The Outside Sales & Design Consultant will be responsible for meeting or exceeding their individual sales plan for the high-end San Francisco market. He/she possesses a convincing ability to effectively and confidently pitch the Ligne Roset collection of products both in person and virtually using technology. He/she is responsible for setting marketing strategies and revenue goals by client and owning those results, as well as communicating business strategies and outlook with appropriate forecasting as required. This position will execute weekly field/summary reports and up-coming week’s appointment schedule to showroom ownership, and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements are as follows:


A proven sales experience of High End products and a passion for design, art and architecture


Flexible work schedule, including weekends


Strong communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in French beneficial, but not required


Work style that is based in organization, attention to details, diligence, and productivity
