Our Design Ambassadors receive a competitive base rate and a no-cap commission on all individual sales. Who we are looking for:

Roset USA is looking for a dynamic individual, committed to outstanding client relations and luxury brand standards, to join our retail sales team as Design Ambassador at Ligne Roset NYC in our Park Avenue and soon to be open E57th Street Showrooms. The ideal candidate aggressively works to achieve monthly and annual sales goals through maintaining and expanding clients, serves as an ambassador for the brand and can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

 

What you will do:

Master the Ligne Roset product collection and custom capabilities.

  • Work closely with both end users and designers in all aspects of the purchase – from initial design, fabric, and finish selections – to order tracking, delivery coordination and follow-up after installation.
  • Achieve individual monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Be willing to work weekend days.
  • Assist in all aspects of daily showroom operation including helping to maintain the appearance of the showroom.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with private end-users and residential interior designers through home visits, outside presentations, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Build and maintain a client list of interior designers and retail clients.
  • Offer home design visits, measuring assistance, floor planning, and furniture selection.
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues for your clients.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment in the showroom.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Report to the Showroom Manager.

 

What we would like you to bring to us:

  • 4+ years of sales experience within the Luxury Retail Industry.
  • Exceptional client relation skills.
  • Keen eye for sales opportunities.
  • Interest and skills in Interior Design, floor planning, and color theory.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quick-learning and hard-working.
  • Natural curiosity, desire to learn, positive attitude, and willingness to ask questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
