Twirl Vase

For this vase, Niels Römer has drawn inspiration from the submerged part of a ball-shaped bouquet of flowers, focusing on the intertwined stems with perfect symmetry : in this way he renders the « invisible part of the iceberg » artistically visible to our imagination. With the subtle choice of matt-finish enamelled porcelain and enlightening purity, he leads us to suggestions for other possible sources of inspiration while the vase remains unfilled : a very attractive Caribbean shell, or more artistically, the motion of the tulle tutu of Degas’ little dancer… Vase in moulded biscuit porcelain with matt enamelled interior and exterior and biscuit base.
