''Do not disturb'' is a compact sofa bed that aims to optimize both the function and quality of the sleep area, while also acting as an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable 'real' sofa. The patented mechanism and sprung mattress offer a very high quality sleep area. To ensure ease of use, both opening and closing are controlled electronically at the touch of a button. ''Do not disturb'' is made up of sober and elegant lines. The continuity of its contour creates broad armrests that are a perfect resting height. The aesthetics and comfort of this piece come together create something much more than a sofa. Its successful proportions allow for the concealment of an ultra-efficient mechanism for superb everyday comfort. CONSTRUCTION Panels of tri plywood clad in polyether foam 60 kg/m3 - 7.8 kPa and polyester quilting 110 g/m². Delivered in 2 separate packages (3 in the case of the version with electric mechanism). COMFORT Seat is suspended via crisscross webbing on the sleep platform and mattress. Sheet elastic suspension on back. Seat cushion made of high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam 38 kg/m3 - 3.6 kPa and 30 kg/m3 - 1.8 kPa. Back cushions made of Bultex foam 30 kg/m3 - 1.8 kPa, with integral lumbar made of Bultex foam 38 kg/m3 - 3.6 kPa with compartmented comfort layer (3 horizontal compartments) filled with new goose feathers (10 % down/90 % feathers). The seat and back cushions remain fixed to the mechanism and fold beneath the sleep platform when opened for use as a bed. Two options for the mechanism: manual, with easy, effortless movement or fully-automated electric (with ON/OFF button and UP/DOWN buttons). Lampolet patented assisted mechanism with lacquered steel frame, sleep platform made from thermo-soldered non-warping steel mesh with spring-mounted reinforced crisscross webbing at the foot. Mattress holders located at head and foot. Pocket springs made with 1,8 mm. gauge steel wire ; sides in CM27 kg/m3 foam. Cover : FR treated 80% CO - 20 % PL terry cloth quilted with CM kg/m3 foam 8 mm. h and 100% PL fibre 200 g/m2 and non woven. Side : 100% ecru cotton FR treated fabric quilted with 5 mm. foam. MAKE-UP Covers of seat back and seat cushions padded with polyester quilting 200 g/m². The lines of this model are enhanced with single needle and baguette stitching. Removable covers. COVERING MATERIALS A single color model. Any covering material in the collection may be used (NB except technical impossibilities).
