These should arrive with your goods. We recommend that the assembly of most articles is undertaken by a professional. If your assembler requires these instructions, you can contact your local retailer who will have access to assembly instructions for every product.

How can I find the price of an item?
At Ligne Roset, we believe in providing you with as much choice as possible for each model so that you can make each purchase a completely personal and individual one. For example, with the Feng range, there are 18 different options for the sofa itself (including choice of feet) 38 fabric choices which range in price from grade E to grade X and on average forty different color options.
It is unlikely there will ever be two people with exactly the same sofa! For expert help and advice on all options available to you, you will need to speak to your local retailer who will  also be able to provide you with comprehensive information regarding pricing.

Where can I find cleaning instructions?
General Instructions should arrive with your goods. We recommend that most cleaning is undertaken by a professional upholstery dry cleaner.

How do I remove an upholstery cover?

Do you have a professional upholstery dry cleaner you recommend?
We cannot recommend a specific professional upholstery dry cleaner. What we would suggest is that you make sure that whichever company you choose uses perchlorethylene. Alternatively, please contact your local retailer for recommendations of professional upholstery dry cleaners in your area.

Catalog Request

New products catalog

By ordering online, your order will immediately be linked to your closest Ligne Roset distributor.
With one of the strongest networks in high-end contemporary furniture Ligne Roset will deliver the best service and follow-up with your e-order.
A representative of the store will contact you within 48 hours after placing your order.
As your main point of contact, you will be able to contact this store whenever you need and they will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Even during the process of an e-order we put the human relationship at the center of our process.

To process your request, you must provide us with your order confirmation number received in your order confirmation e-mail. Without this number, the treatment of your request might take much longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory, your local retailer in charge of your order will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement or exchange. You may also contact us via e-mail at customerservice@rosetusa.com. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

These delivery, cancellation and return policies are only valid for items purchased on the official Ligne Roset (www.ligne-roset.com/us) e-commerce website for the U.S. market. 


Quick Ship Products
A non-refundable fee of 15% applies to returns, cancellations or changes on Quick Ship products. Full refunds are only given if the order is canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed.
White Glove Delivery service charges are not refundable. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.

Returns are accepted only in the warehouse of your local retailer. No returns will be accepted at the store location itself. To make a return, please fill out a Return form and email to return@rosetusa.com. You will then be contacted by the store in charge of your order(s) with further details.


Made to Order Products
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on made to order furniture, this includes products not included in quick ship and/or custom (your choice of finish and fabric) products. 
Cancellation of an order can only be done within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please fill out a Cancellation form and e-mail to cancel@rosetusa.com. You will then be contacted by the store in charge of your order(s) with further details.

 

How Is Your Information Protected?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information, including your credit card information and sign-in password, are stored in encrypted format at all times. This Website, and more importantly all user information, are further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.
 
Correcting and updating your information
Users of our Site are able to modify their account information, such as shipping and billing addresses, each time they place an order with us.
 
Payments
Ligne Roset collects the entire amount due at the time of the order. All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include tax and transportation costs. Sales tax is charged based on the State where the customer resides. For items offered as a set, the price listed refers to the entire set.
