CONSTRUCTION Three layers of criss-cross panels and thermoformed polystyrene, overlaid with polyether foam. Invisible feet in black polythene. Pivoting armchair: steel base Ø 17 3/4'' thickness 1/4'', finished in Epoxy black lacquer. COMFORT Suspension of seat via elastic webbing. Integral seat cushion in high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam (42kg/m3 - 4.8 kPa). Integral back cushion in Bultex foam (30kg/m3 - 1.8 kPa). Lumbar cushion in Bultex foam (26kg/m3 - 1.4 kPa) with removable cover (zipped on). COVER Cover quilted with polyether foam (21kg/m3 - 3.1 kPa) in 2'' wide bands. Single stitching for quilting; highlighting in twin needle stitching. Covers are held on by zips and velcro, and are fully removable. Large settee has 69 ft of stitching, using 230 ft of thread (197 ft for the medium settee and 132 ft for the armchair).
