Frame in solid beech and sanded unvarnished plywood (anti allergenic and environmentally friendly). Double slats are in carbon-colored beech multi-ply and are mounted onto flexible articulated supports that are very durable. For better support, the center portion has slats that are linked to each other by rubber webbing. At shoulder level, support fixings have a variable depth support system: This helps the blood circulation, and helps avoid shoulder and neck tension, which is particularly important for those who sleep on their sides. Each slat in the central zone (back and pelvis) is reinforced by a second slat. In this case the lower slats are equipped with two runners which allow individual setting for softness/firmness, while the top slats retain their individual suppleness. The overall height has been reduced as far as possible (2 1/2'') to ensure the best fit across almost all types of beds.

If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory, your local retailer in charge of your order will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement or exchange.     Quick Ship Products
    A non-refundable fee of 15% applies to returns, cancellations or changes on Quick Ship products. Full refunds are only given if the order is canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed.
    White Glove Delivery service charges are not refundable. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.

    Returns are accepted only in the warehouse of your local retailer. No returns will be accepted at the store location itself. To make a return, please fill out a Return form and email to return@rosetusa.com. You will then be contacted by the store in charge of your order(s) with further details.


    Made to Order Products
    We do not accept any returns or exchanges on made to order furniture, this includes products not included in quick ship and/or custom (your choice of finish and fabric) products. 
    Cancellation of an order can only be done within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please fill out a Cancellation form and e-mail to cancel@rosetusa.com. You will then be contacted by the store in charge of your order(s) with further details.
