Delivery and Installation

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the Order. The Dispatch Confirmation will set out the method and final price of delivery and We will contact you in order to arrange delivery.
We will use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the Product you order and the speed with which you wish to receive it. For more information on our delivery arrangements and prices, please see our FAQs. Please note that we will only deliver to a mainland address in Great Britain.
We will aim to fulfill your order within the delivery period set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so, for example, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
A competent adult over the age of 18 must be available at the delivery address to carefully check the Products and sign and acknowledge their receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Any defect must be reported immediately to your stockist. If no adult is present when We attempt to deliver, We reserve the right to charge additional amounts for storage of the Product and for any necessary redelivery charges.
If we are unable to access your property to deliver a Product due to restrictions at the property, we may provide you with the option to cancel your Order, provided that we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the full amount you paid for the Product.


RETURNS


(a) You must inform Us in writing at the address specified in the Dispatch Confirmation;
(b) You must either (i) return the Product(s) to Us in a new and unused condition and with the original packaging, and at your own cost and risk or (ii) arrange for us to pick up the Product in which case you will be responsible for paying any pick up fee (see further FAQs); and
(c) You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to the Products while they are in your possession.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any bespoke Products made to your order (i.e. any non-express delivery items).
Your refund will be processed as soon as practicable and not more than 30 days after the date you give us notice of cancellation. We will only make a refund using the same method of payment You originally used to pay for the Product.
This paragraph does not affect your statutory rights.

Even during the process of an e-order we put the human relationship at the center of our process.

To process your request, you must provide us with your order confirmation number received in your order confirmation e-mail. Without this number, the treatment of your request might take much longer. Thank you for your understanding.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory, your local retailer in charge of your order will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement or exchange. You may also contact us via e-mail at customerservice@rosetusa.com. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

These delivery, cancellation and return policies are only valid for items purchased on the official Ligne Roset (www.ligne-roset.com/us) e-commerce website for the U.S. market. 


Quick Ship Products
A non-refundable fee of 15% applies to returns, cancellations or changes on Quick Ship products. Full refunds are only given if the order is canceled within 48 hours of the order being placed.
White Glove Delivery service charges are not refundable. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.

Returns are accepted only in the warehouse of your local retailer. No returns will be accepted at the store location itself. To make a return, please fill out a Return form and email to return@rosetusa.com. You will then be contacted by the store in charge of your order(s) with further details.


Made to Order Products
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on made to order furniture, this includes products not included in quick ship and/or custom (your choice of finish and fabric) products. 
Cancellation of an order can only be done within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please fill out a Cancellation form and e-mail to cancel@rosetusa.com. You will then be contacted by the store in charge of your order(s) with further details.

 

How Is Your Information Protected?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information, including your credit card information and sign-in password, are stored in encrypted format at all times. Correcting and updating your information
Users of our Site are able to modify their account information, such as shipping and billing addresses, each time they place an order with us.
 
Payments
Ligne Roset collects the entire amount due at the time of the order. All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include tax and transportation costs. Sales tax is charged based on the State where the customer resides. For items offered as a set, the price listed refers to the entire set.

At Ligne Roset we believe in providing you with as much choice as possible for each model so that you can make each purchase a completely personal and individual one. For example, with the Feng range there are 18 different options for the sofa itself (including choice of feet) 38 fabric choices which range in price from grade E to grade X and on average forty different colour options. It is unlikely there will ever be two people with exactly the same sofa! For expert help and advise on all options available to you, you will need to speak to your local retailer who also be able to provide you with comprehensive information regarding pricing.
