Snowdonia

The Snowdonia bed is characterised by the soft fluidity of its lines, which make it a real 'nest'. The bed, frame and foot are all one continuous curve which is ready and waiting to welcome the sleeper. The comfortable softness of the bed is enhanced by the two oak-veneered 'bridge' feet with aluminium highlights at each end.

CONSTRUCTION
3 layers of criss-cross panels and polystyrene sheets clad in polyether foam. The head and foot are attached to a frame in square tubular steel which will take any type of slatted base (except electrical version). Decorative 'bridge' feet in oak veneered MDF stained either natural or ebony, with finishing-pieces in brilliant chromed or matt brushed aluminium. For ease of transportation and fitting, the head and foot are delivered separately.

COMFORT
The foam-clad frame offers softness and comfort, with no 'hard' areas. The Snowdonia bed takes all types of mattresses and slatted bases. For optimum comfort we recommend a Ligne Roset slatted base combined with a 'Sensus' mattress (Bultex & viscoelastic 'memory' foam) H20cm.

MAKING-UP
overstitching is used to highlight the shape of the bed. Covers are held in place by velcro, and may be removed for dry cleaning (NB except hide). An optional bedcover is available: this has 200g/m2 polyester quilting, and stitched motifs at the head and foot ends. Also available: pillowcases in size 80 x 80, 60 x 60 or 70 x 45cm.

FABRICS
The soft curves of the Snowdonia bed will be best complemented by the following materials : - thin hides, e.g. Indiana or Diva (NB not bedcover). - wools, e.g. Divina, Milano, Mimer, Topas. - cotton, e.g. Pamir.
