Confluences may be considered to be a trailblazer in terms of the new trend for 'counterforms' as characterised by the interwoven yin-yang or puzzle-type effect. CONSTRUCTION
Seat in 3 layers of criss-cross panels and panels of multi-ply. Back in mechano-soldered steel. Seat/back assembled via steel brackets. Structure clad in polyether foam and polyester quilting 100 g/m2. Invisible support feet in black polypropylene.

COMFORT
Suspension of back via metal mesh. Seat cushion in high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam 42 kg/m3 - 4.8 kPa and 38 kg/m3 - 3.6 kPa. Back cushion in Bultex foam 26 kg/m3 - 1.4 kPa. Cushions overlaid with polyester quilting 100 g/m2. Sofa end table/tray H 38 x 35 x 35 in 6 mm black curved anodised aluminium set on jack feet: this becomes an armrest/tray when equipped with an optional cushion H 13 x 37 x 37 in Bultex foam 38 kg/m3 - 3.6 kPa. This item cannot be used as an occasional seat. The use of just one armrest or sofa end table is recommended, to be used in asymmetrical fashion. Lumbar cushion filled with pure duck down.

MAKING-UP
Baguette stitching. May be disassembled. Removable covers.

FABRICS
Each item is offered in a monocolour interpretation (Indiana, Diva and the fabrics listed hereafter) or a bicolour interpretation whereby colours may be selected from a choice of combinations specified by the designer using the following fabrics : Divina, Alcantara, Topas, Sudden, Coda, Curl and Pure. The first 2 colours from each combination are recommended for 2-seat items; the first 3 colours for 3-seat items; and the 4th colour for the 4-seat settee. Colour no. 1 applies to the right-hand sitting position; colour no. 2 to the adjacent seat place; and so on. As another option, another colour may be chosen from the same main fabric. In the case of the arm and lumbar cushions, any covering material may be chosen.
